Steps to ordering

Questions? Reach out to your Tempus Representative or email support@tempus.com

  1. Submit a Tempus order through our online Hub, via your EHR or through a paper requisition form, including all required clinical and billing documentation.

  2. Use the appropriate Tempus collection kit to collect the specimen, ensuring all required documents are included.

  3. (Optional) Inform your patient about the Tempus Financial Assistance Program and share how they can apply.

  4. Monitor your order status anytime through the Tempus Hub or email support@tempus.com for updates.

  5. Results are delivered automatically when you order through Tempus Hub or your EHR. If you use a paper requisition, you’ll receive an email notification or fax once the results are ready (depending on communication preferences).
